Try Rule
About Try Rule
Checking leftover hours against the week before the cut.
Try Rule is an independent editorial project named for the try square — the L-shaped tool that checks whether an edge sits at ninety degrees before a cut. The library uses that shop practice to talk about leftover hours, gaps under the rate, and pencil marks before a calendar commitment. It is not a shop, not a course, and not an adviser.
How topics are chosen
Pages begin from a square problem: hours that never met the weekly edge, a rate that ignored the gap under the blade, a week with no pencil marks, an offer that asked for a cut with no check. If a piece would need an invented figure or a guess about the reader, it is not written.
How sources are cited
Named researchers sit next to the finding. Opt-in samples, platform funding, later revisions and local studies are flagged in the same paragraph.
What Try Rule does not do
Try Rule does not give financial, tax or legal advice, does not review individual offers, does not promise earnings, and does not publish testimonials. The site is not for people under 18.
How we advertise
Ads do not presume the hours, income or motive of anyone who sees them. The destination matches the ad: educational notes, not a checkout, not a testimonial.
